| Dave graduated from the University of Durham with an honours degree in Music. He spent three years studying percussion with Stanislaw Skoczynski in Warsaw and in 1999 won a place at the European Percussion Academy. He has performed extensively as a soloist and with ensembles in Europe and the USA, and he is one of the few western percussionists to play the Korean changgo. He has contributed work to World Sound Matters, and is percussionist with the contemporary music ensemble Ixion. He also has several recordings to his credit. |
