CASTING SESSION with Grace Evans (10.05.22)

Join Grace for this exciting and collaborative workshop in Casting. Work on sides that she will send out ahead of the session, chose a character that you connect to, perform it for the group, get given notes and redirection, and read in with other people for their scenes. Followed by a Q&A and an insight into Grace’s top industry tips when you are auditioning.

About Grace

Grace has been a Casting Assistant for over 4 years and has worked for a number of notable casting directors. Most recently, Grace has been working with Nicky Bligh on Iain Stirlings’ ‘Buffering’, David Williams’ ‘After Ever After’ and the award winning television series ‘Stath Let’s Flats’. Grace has also been working with Gemma Sykes on Sky’s ‘Last Train to Christmas’ starring Michael Sheen and Cary Elwes and two upcoming feature films for major streaming platforms that will be released this year.

Bursaries

At Wildcard we believe everyone should have the chance to be creative. We want all our courses to be as open and inclusive as possible to anyone that wants to take part. We are aware that the cost of workshops and regular training is a key barrier in our industry for many people.

With this in mind, we are pleased to be able to offer 2 free places on each course.
