Introduction to Directing
with Anastasia Osei-Kuffour
A series of practical workshops about directing for theatre for those who have never directed before or have directed a bit and would like to understand more about the role and work of a director on a theatre production. Anastasia will give an overview of what the role involves and give techniques and exercises which participants will be able to put into practice with professional actors on an extract of a script towards the end of the workshop series.

About Anastasia
ANASTASIA OSEI-KUFFOUR is a Director, Writer, Producer and Poet. She trained as a director through the Young Vic Directors Programme and on the National Theatre Directors’ course. She is currently Associate Director at Theatre503 and Artistic Director of Wrested Veil Production Company, having completed a two-year residency at tiata fahodzi as part of the Artistic Director Leadership Programme in 2019.
