Description

Introduction to Physical Theatre

with Phoebe Hyder

This is a day long workshop providing you with an introduction to physical theatre and visual storytelling techniques: We will be exploring how we can create a visual narrative by making physical choices using different movement styles and building block principles. Working from a central stimulus the session will be a big playground for participants to explore movement and ‘physical theatre’ in its broadest sense so they can apply some of these ideas to their own work as: devisors, creators or performers.

This is a highly physical session so please come ready to move. If you are nervous about coming back into rooms again, please be reassured that social distancing measures in line with the time will be in place.
