Yoga: For Creatives
with Asha Reid
Whether you are heading off to rehearsals or running off to your Bread-and-Butter job, join Asha Reid every Friday morning for a one-hour Vinyasa flow class to end the week on a high. Asha’s mission is to make yoga more accessible for the creatives among us and is offering a Pay What You Can scheme at Wildcard Studios.
Taking that hour for yourself is such a privilege and vital for wellbeing, yoga is not only a great form of strength exercise, it also has many other benefits from improving mental health to calming and relaxing the nervous system. We will breathe deeply, flow freely and find some zen by the end of the morning, leaving you feeling revitalised and energised for the day and weekend ahead.
Available Dates:
Friday 18th March
Friday 25th March
Friday 1st April
Friday 8th April
8.30 - 9.30am
Cost: Pay What You Can
All you need to do is book your slot with us here and turn up to the class. After the class you will receive a link where you can send your donations over. It is absolutely PWYC but we suggest an average of £10-20 per session. We are also working with on a Pay What You Would’ve basis if you fail to turn up to class or cancel within 48 hours, as we have a limited number of spaces and no-shows will take spaces from others.
What to bring:
When attending classes all you need to do is bring your most comfiest clothes, a bottle of water and your own mat or towel to the sessions. We have toilets where you can change before and after, and a kitchen where you can fill up your water bottle.
Is it for me?
All levels very welcome! Asha will offer loads of modifications so even if you have never done yoga before you will be well looked after.
